Use two to three times a week. Apply to wet hair, then massage the scalp for 3 minutes. Leave on the hair for 5 minutes, then rinse well with water.

Apply a suitable amount to clean, wet or damp hair after washing, then distribute evenly through the strands with your fingers. You can use an upward Scrunching motion to help define natural curls and waves, then style your hair as preferred. Do not rinse.
